• Your contact information (phone, email and mailing address).
• The approximate dates for departure and return.
• Whether you want airfare only or a full customized itinerary or a package tour.
• Any special interests or needs for your trip, or ideas about what you want to see and do.
• Your approximate budget, or at least the type of accommodation you require.
• Any Frequent Flier miles you might want to use.
• How you heard about us.
• Whether you are now working with another agent.

The more information you can give us, the better we can put together an itinerary that suits you. But if you are not sure of what you want, we are here to make suggestions and stimulate your thoughts.

You will need a US passport good for 6 months after travel. We must have your full passport name to book airline tickets and we will request that you send a copy of the front pages of your passport in order to verify this information.

Passport information is also needed for processing Australian visas. (When you book through us we take care of this process as a complimentary service.)

Once you make your first purchase payment on your trip you also should purchase Travel Insurance to cover any emergencies. This insurance should also include 'Trip Cancellation' to protect your investment.

Custom itineraries require a 'Plan to Go' deposit of $100, by check made to 'ANZ Amazing Travel Trust', before we can price itineraries. This deposit is non-refundable, but will be fully credited to your land itinerary invoice once you book your trip. (It takes a great deal of time and effort to create and price an itinerary that fits your needs.)
